Q: How do you stay fit and healthy?
A: We have an excellent nutritionist who advises us on the best foods to eat, and I have a fantastic relationship with the club conditioner who gives me sessions to do away from the club.

Q: Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
A: Justin Marshall.  He was a fantastic competitor who always gave 100%.  He liked to play an exciting game of rugby and had a lot of experience.

Q: If you could play any other positions, what would it be?
A: I used to play full back and still occasionally play there, but I would love to play number 8 to get my hands on the ball more.

Q: How do prepare for a big game?
A: I try to stay relaxed and listen to music.  I switch off from all distractions and focus on what I want to do in the game.

Q:  What is your greatest rugby achievement?
A: Representing England Saxons.

Q: If you hadn’t become a professional rugby player. What would you have been?
A:  A footballer.  I am a huge fan of Hull City.

Q: What is your greatest achievement?
A:  Completing my university degree at Leeds Met while being a full time professional rugby player.

Q: What do you like the most about being a rugby player?
A:  Playing against the best players in the world at fantastic stadiums.

Q: What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?
A:  Watching films, playing computer games and walking my Staffordshire bull terrier Gizmo.

Q: Have you got any match day superstitions or routines?
A: No
