O2 Kick, Pass and Run Challenge
Every young person taking part in a Premiership Rugby Academy course will get the chance to enter the O2 Kick, Pass and Run Challenge, the country's biggest rugby skills competition.  This involves a series of kicking, passing and running skills tests in three age groups - 9 years and younger, 10 to 13 years and 14 to 18 years.  A winner from each of the three age groups from each camp will go forward into the regional finals to win the chance to compete at the Premiership Final and to be crowned the O2 Kick, Pass and Run Challenge Winner.

The O2 Kick, Pass and Run Challenge

Kick

The target scoring area will have three circles with scores marked on each. All competitors will take 3 kicks at the target from a set distance and each score will be added to give a final total.

Pass

Points can be accumulated by passing rugby balls from a set point through different sized score holes the smaller the hole the bigger the score. Each competitor will pass 3 balls at the target with each score added to give a final total.

Run

Enter our agility skill course if you dare. Each competitor will start by running through a gate before swerving and sidestepping their way through the course and finishing through the stop gate.
The competitor’s time in seconds will then be deleted from a starting score of 120 points to give them their points score

Competitor’s final score will be the accumulation of their scores on all 3 tests

Each camp winner will get the chance through a number of heats to qualify to represent your Premiership Club at the Premiership Final at the end of May and maybe even become our National Champion

There will be 3 age Groups for you to enter

 Up to 9 Years
 10 – 13 Years
 14 – 18 Years

Competitor’s age on the 1st June 2006 will decide their grouping
