England 7's sensation and Saracens' flanker, David Seymour takes time out to answer our questions such as how do you prepare for a big game and who is the greatest player he has played against?
Name: David Seymour
Age: 22
Club: Saracens
Position: Flanker

Q: How do you stay fit and healthy?
A: You have to concentrate on the basics of eating well, training hard and also making sure you get enough rest in between sessions

Q: As a young player, what should you concentrate on most tackling or passing?
A: You need train in all aspects of the game, but one of the most important things is to also make sure you have fun.

Q: Which position is the most important on the field?
A: They are all important. It's a team game and if one person doesn't do their job it can affect the whole side

Q: Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
A: Jonny Wilkinson

Q: If you could play any other positions, what would it be?
A: I've come on as a replacement on the wing a few times for Saracens so it would probably be there.

Q: How do prepare for a big game?
A: Get plenty of rest, try to relax and also listen to music

Q: What is your greatest rugby achievement?
A: Winning the Hong Kong 7s with England and also the Commonwealth Games silver medal earlier this year.

Q: If you hadn't become a professional rugby player. What would you have been?
A: I was interested in business studies so probably something in that field.

Q: What is your greatest achievement?
A: Buying my first house!

Q: What are your unfulfilled ambitions?
A: Like many players, I want to win a full cap for England

Q: You've been at Saracens for three years now. How do you rate the current squad?
A: We've got a lot of potential and a good mix of young and senior players but above all else we all want success

Q: What do you like the most about being a rugby player? And what do you dislike?
A: Training in the hot weather can be hard and the traveling can be a bit boring, but being able to do what I love far outweighs and negatives.
